Yesterday we joined Community Housing Initiatives in celebrating the ribbon cutting for Summerfield Park in City of Spirit Lake, Iowa, recognizing an exciting investment in affordable housing and creative community development. This project preserves 20 affordable housing units while adding 10 new family units through innovative infill development — a testament to what strong partnerships between businesses, nonprofits, healthcare providers, and community leaders can accomplish together.
