C. To provide veteran guidance and assistance in development and filing of claims and acquisition of services from the VA and other organizations that provide services to veterans. To provide a conduit for the citizens, churches, businesses, and organizations, within the community to work together toward a common goal to advance the betterment of the city, community and its citizens.
