🏆 CHAMPIONS! 🏆

Look at these champs! Here’s what their coach had to say about them: “What a special group of boys! This team formed a bond that will last far beyond the baseball field, and they finished their All-Star season the best way possible…as CHAMPIONS! ⚾️

Even with the heat and being exhausted, these boys never quit. They battled through every game this week, went 4-0, and earned the championship with incredible teamwork.

We couldn’t be more proud of this group and everything they accomplished together. A huge thank you to all of our parents for your support and to all of the opposing teams for a great All-Star season.”

Congratulations to the 10u All-Star Lady Bulldogs for winning the Chesnee All-Star Tournament!!! The girls played great team ball. Olivia had a great game pitching and hitting going 2 for 2 with a walk and scored twice. Rylee had a great game catching, holding the runners, making great throws, and tagging girls out at home. Kathryn had a great game playing first base. She was 2 for 2 hitting - walked once and scored twice. Natalie had a great game at second base. She walked twice and scored twice. Zoey had a great game at shortstop. She had one hit and did a great job covering second when girls tried to seal a base. Kennedy had a great game at third base. She had a walk and did a good job keeping girls from stealing third base. Cali Jae did a great job in right field. She walked twice and did a great job backing up first base on throws to first base. Reagan had a great game in right center. She walked twice, scored twice, did a good job getting the softball back into second base and also did a great job backing up other out fielders. Rayven had a great game in left center. She walked once, scored once and made a great job getting the ball into second base from the outfield. Ansley had a great game in left field. She walked twice, scored twice and backed up third base. Winning the final tournament is a great way to end All-Star season. Go 10u All-Star Lady Bulldogs! 🥎

As you can see, Coach Thrift is super proud of his softball team. Awesome job ladies and coaches!
