Great night by the creek tonight

The very moment the rain ended, the Shock Pocket roadie crew arrived in force to begin setting up for tonight’s concert.

Lots of hair pulling this afternoon with the weather being so changeable.

Now we see sunshine in the west and are hopeful all will come enjoy the band, and a little bit of starlight with the late start.

Come on down to the Love Lock bridge.

In early February we hosted an open forum to solicit greater community involvement in our first generation group of community supporters.

Seeking sustainability, we looked to the folks gathered for feedback and participation.

We succeeded in attracting more participants, or “Shovelers” and executed the Terrance project in 15 days this past spring.

Look at it now. Who wouldn’t want to be part of this?

Location: Evans Bosshard Park
Admission: Free!

We'll have concessions available by the Deke Slayton Memorial Space & Bicycle Museum s so make sure to visit them, menu TBA.

Come thirsty, AJ Falkers Counseling & Consulting Services, LLC will be pouring draft beer and root beer all night.

Fred from The Ice Cream Company will also be at the park selling ice cream for the Backpack Program.

Dust off your dancing shoes because The The Dweebs are taking the stage! Known for their iconic bright sweaters, matching glasses, and legendary stage presence, they’ll be playing all your favorite hits from the '60s through today. It’s more than just a concert—it’s an interactive, family-friendly show packed with surprises and non-stop energy.

We will have 50/50 so make sure you bring some cash last weeks winner took home $650!! Who's going to be the winner this week! Can't win if you don't play. Remember the other half of 50/50 goes back into next years concerts! 🎶

What to Bring
Comfort: Lawn chairs or blankets for seating on the grass.
Company: Bring your friends, neighbors, and the whole family!

Reminiscing about the beautiful evening we experienced in our downtown gem of park this past Friday. The Wire City Ramblers gave our community a chance to relax and unwind in an uncommon atmosphere.

It was an exceptional evening for many reasons, and we will be enjoying the next concert on only a little less than two weeks.

Mark your calendars for Shock Pocket on August 7.. Sparta Cinema 6 will be providing the concessions.
