SEPTEMBER IS A BUSY MONTH AT THE CLUB!
We’ve got an exciting month ahead, with Cataract Sportsmen’s Club Field Days coming up September 12–13!
It’s a great weekend to get out to the club, enjoy some time with fellow friends and neighbors and support everything our club has to offer.
Monthly Club Meetings are held on 1st Thursday of every month.
Members and non-members are welcome to attend. Come out, get involved, bring a friend, and help us keep building a stronger Sportsmen’s Club and community!

Hey Everyone, Next weekend is our 74th Annual FieldDay.
Mikahla is still looking for a couple of teams for the Volleyball tournament. If you know of anyone , have them call 6084872277.
Also , don't forget to get your tickets we are giving way over ten thousand dollars in cash and prizes.@
We are still looking for some help on Sunday. Could use a few people if you're interested in helping give us a shout.

💥 ⚾️ Join us this Sunday, August 30th starting at 11am at the baseball field at the Cataract Sportsmen’s Club for a fun day of youth baseball! ⚾️ 💥
Melrose-Mindoro and Coulee Region Heat will face off in a double header scrimmage in preparation for the upcoming tournament during Cataract Field Days!
🌭 Food and Drinks 🥤 will be available in the activity building at the club.
Bring the family and come cheer on our youth ball players!! ⚾️

The Cataract Sportsmen’s Club is excited to be making improvements to the Cataract Mill Pond! Over the past few days, B. Anderson Excavating has been hard at work dredging the sand-trap portion of the pond, removing years of accumulated sand and sediment.

Many loads have already been hauled out! Instead of going to waste, the material is being transported to the club’s rifle range, where it will be used for future pistol range backstops. It’s a great example of putting resources to good use while improving our club facilities.
Maintaining a healthy pond is important for more than just its appearance. Removing excess sand and sediment helps maintain water depth and flow, improves aquatic habitat, reduces the buildup of nutrients and organic material, and helps keep the pond functioning as a healthy ecosystem for years to come.

Projects like this are made possible because of the fundraising efforts and support of the Cataract Sportsmen’s Club members, supporters and community. The money raised by the club goes right back into projects like this—and many more improvements that benefit our members, wildlife and the surrounding community.
