Hi Neighbors!

We have a neighbor who was expecting a package yesterday. The tracking says it was left in a parcel box however no key was in her box. Today both parcel boxes had keys in them, so we are hoping a neighbor got her package!

Please message us so we can help coordinate getting the package back to the rightful place.

Reminder:
Garbage, Recycle and Yard Waste containers are suppose to be stored out of sight of the road, either in the garage or in the back yard. They also need to be put away before Monday.

Message from PMI management:

A mailbox break-in occurred recently at one of the CBUs on 187th. We want to ensure everyone is aware and taking the necessary precautions to protect their personal information and property.

To help safeguard your mail and packages, we strongly recommend the following steps:

- Sign Up for USPS Informed Delivery: This free service allows you to preview incoming mail and manage package deliveries. You can sign up at informeddelivery.usps.com.

- Pick Up Mail Daily: Please collect your mail as soon as possible after delivery to reduce the risk of theft.

- Do Not Leave Packages Overnight: Retrieve packages from the mailboxes promptly. If you cannot be home, consider redirecting deliveries to a neighbor, your workplace, or a secure pickup location.

- Report Suspicious Activity: If you see anyone loitering near the mailboxes or acting suspiciously, please contact local law enforcement immediately.

- Monitor Your Accounts: If you believe you are a victim of mail theft, closely monitor your bank and credit card statements for unauthorized activity.

The safety and security of the community are a top priority. By staying vigilant and working together, we can help deter future incidents.

Update: This has been resolved. No damage to the box and post office was able to lock the box back up.

If anyone has any camera footage of the mailbox being broken into lastnight on 187th Street CT please contact us so we can get footage to police. Thank you.

Please remember city noise ordinances prohibit public disturbances, such as loud music or parties, that can be heard within a residence between 10 PM and 7 AM.

We have a Community Portal with our new mangement company. Please go to link and click on register. Fill out your information and they will email you your personal access link. This will give you community information and your personal account information.

Friendly reminder there is NO street parking in our community. It is against the CC&R.
We have people parking on sideways, to far out in the street and blocking their neighbors driveways and garbage pick up.
Now that we have new management company we will be having this enforced more. You will be fined and if vehicles don’t move they could be towed.
Parking in the garage helps with this issue OR the great driveway car shuffle.
Some neighbors with too many cars have requested work permits to widen drive ways. That is another solution.
