Classic View Estates HOA Welcome everyone to the Official Page for Classic View Estates HOA.

FYI:
All HOA board-drafted emails to the community are sent through Management Trust to be distributed via email and to our Social Media representative via Facebook.

This is done to ensure maximum disbursement to all our residents. Obviously, one will come before the other depending on their schedule and when they have the opportunity to send them out. In most cases, you will probably see the post on Facebook before an email from the Management Company.

Fellow Residents,

We are very pleased to share some great news with the community. The squatters who have been occupying the home on 44th Street have now been officially removed.

We all know that this property has been the source of numerous issues and concerns in the past. We can now all breathe a collective sigh of relief that this long-standing matter is finally resolved.

The new homeowners have taken possession of the property and will begin repairs and remodeling immediately. You can expect to see work trucks and improvements to the home over the coming weeks as they work to restore the property.

Thank you all for your patience, vigilance, and support as we worked through this challenging situation. We are excited to welcome the new homeowners/Property Rehabbers, and to see this property turned around.

Sincerely

Your Classic View Board of Directors

National Night Out Is Back!

It has been several years since Classic View Estates has participated in “National Night Out”, and the Board is excited to bring this wonderful tradition back to our neighborhood!

National Night Out is a nationwide campaign designed to promote community partnerships with local law enforcement, first responders, and local officials. Our goal is to make our community safer and more connected through open communication, safety demonstrations, and, of course, a classic neighborhood cookout and block party.

Ø When: Tuesday, August 4, 2026 (The first Tuesday of August)

Ø Where: The Community Park area, located at the Back Gate.

Ø Time 5:30 PM - 8:30 PM.

How You Can Help: (We Need Volunteers!)

To make this event a true success, we need your support. We are currently looking for volunteers to help in the following areas:

Ø Community Coordinators: Assist with planning the event, connecting with local sponsors, local law enforcement and our local fire department to schedule their appears.

Ø Food Prep & Cooking: Help fire up the grill and ensure proper food handling, sanitary conditions, and safe storage are maintained throughout the cookout.

Ø Activity/Event Coordinators: Brainstorm and run fun activities for the neighborhood. Ideas include face painting, a water balloon toss, yard games, or sports events.

Ø General Volunteers: Help with the heavy lifting! We need hands for event setup and teardown, as well as floating volunteers to step in where needed.

Ø Community Participation: Simply show up! Bring your family, meet your neighbors, and enjoy the evening.

Ø Show Your Solidarity: Even if you cannot make it to the party, please remember to turn on your exterior porch lights on the evening of August 4th to show our community's solidarity with local law enforcement and crime prevention efforts.

Dear Classic View Residents,

Unfortunately, like many communities across the country, Classic View Estates is currently experiencing a rash of reckless and unsafe driving behaviors. The Board of Directors has observed a dangerous increase in:

Ø Excessive Speeding** throughout our neighborhood.

Ø Reckless Vehicle Use,* including dirt bikes, motorcycles, and mopeds performing wheelies and driving into oncoming traffic.

Ø Sidewalk and Street Obstructions** caused by improperly parked vehicles.

Our Main Concern: Pedestrian Safety

Our absolute priority is safeguarding our community's most vulnerable residents. We have a large population of children who walk to school daily, and who may unexpectedly step into the street. Additionally, several residents rely on wheelchairs or mobility devices. When vehicles block sidewalks, these neighbors are forced into the street—creating a highly dangerous situation that could result in severe injury or worse.

Board Actions:

To address these hazards and protect our neighborhood, the Board of Directors is implementing two concrete solutions:

Ø Sheriff's Office Traffic Enforcement: We have signed a formal agreement with the Pierce County Sheriff’s Department. Deputies will now routinely patrol Classic View to actively enforce speeding, traffic, and parking regulations. They will also be providing security checks and community relation building while they are in the community.

Ø Additional Speed Bumps: The Board will be looking into installing new speed bumps to naturally slow traffic down in high-risk zones.

How You Can Help (Community Support) We need your eyes and ears to keep Classic View safe.

Ø Report Violations: If you witness unsafe driving or chronic parking violations, please report them to “Management Trust”.

Ø Submit Documentation: If you are able to safely capture photos or video of the infractions, please submit them with your report.

Ø If you witness any extreme violations or crimes such as racing down the street or intentionally driving over property etc., call 911 immediately

Your Privacy is Protected: All reports and photos are kept strictly confidential. This information will only be viewed by the Board of Directors and Management Trust.

Speed Bump request (Share Feedback)
