Hi neighbors,

The HOA Board will be replacing the community mailbox that was recently damaged. The cost to replace the mailbox is $2,854.00 plus tax.

If anyone has security camera footage or any information showing the damage or the person responsible, please send it to the Board or management. Any footage could help identify the responsible party so they can be held financially responsible for the cost of the replacement.

Thank you for your help and cooperation as we work to restore the mailbox as quickly as possible.

Dear Berkshire Neighbors,

We understand that some homeowners may be frustrated or concerned about the recent notices that have been sent regarding property maintenance and compliance issues. We want to assure everyone that these actions are not intended to single out any homeowner, but rather are part of a broader effort to restore and maintain the standards that help keep our neighborhood safe, attractive, and a place we can all be proud to call home.

The Board recognizes that there are community-wide improvements that also need attention. We are aware of concerns regarding items such as landscaping in common areas, playground repairs, fencing, and other neighborhood maintenance needs. Please know that these projects are being actively discussed and prioritized. However, many of these improvements require planning, funding, and coordination, and they will take time to complete.

These improvements are made possible through HOA dues, which provide the funding necessary to maintain and improve our community. As we work toward addressing long-standing neighborhood needs, we encourage homeowners to remain current on their dues whenever possible. If you are experiencing financial hardship or need assistance establishing a payment plan, please reach out. We are committed to working with homeowners to find solutions whenever possible.

We would also like to remind residents that the HOA Board members are volunteers who donate their time and effort to serve the community and work toward improving Berkshire for all homeowners. As we look to the future of our neighborhood, we need additional volunteers to join the Board. Having more residents involved helps ensure that a variety of perspectives are represented, responsibilities are shared, and important projects can continue moving forward. The strength and success of our community depend on homeowner involvement.

If you have questions regarding a notice you have received, believe a notice was issued in error, or would like to dispute a notice/ violation, please contact J&M Management directly. They can assist with reviewing your concerns, providing clarification, and helping facilitate communication regarding compliance matters.

We strongly encourage any homeowner who would like to have a voice in the future of Berkshire to consider joining the HOA Board. Serving on the Board is an opportunity to participate in decision-making, help guide community priorities, and play an active role in shaping the future of our neighborhood.

We thank all residents for their patience, cooperation, and commitment as we work together to make Berkshire a community we can all be proud of.

Sincerely,

Berkshire Homeowners Association Board of Directors

Dear Homeowners,

The HOA Board of Directors would like to provide an important update regarding the management of our community.

After several months of ongoing discussions, performance reviews, and careful evaluation, the Board has made the decision to move forward with securing a new management company. This decision was not made lightly. Unfortunately, despite multiple opportunities and efforts to address concerns, the current management company has not delivered the level of service, communication, and measurable results that our community expects and deserves.

Our priority is to ensure that the Association operates efficiently, transparently, and in the best interest of all homeowners. We are actively working through the transition process and are in the final stages of identifying a management company that aligns with our goals for improved responsiveness, financial oversight, and overall community support.

We understand that transitions can raise questions, and we are committed to keeping the neighborhood informed throughout this process. Additional details, including timelines and next steps, will be shared as they become available.

We appreciate your patience and continued support as we take this important step toward strengthening the management and future of our community.

Sincerely,
Berkshire HOA Board of Directors
