The 7th Annual Heroes in the Shadows Stand Down in El Monte gave veterans and military families access to a wide range of services in one location, including VA claims assistance, housing support, health and wellness services, employment and education resources, legal and financial assistance, clothing, showers, dental and vision care, and lunch.

Beyond the services available at the event, attendees had opportunities to connect directly with organizations that can help them navigate challenges and access continued support.
