Sorry Rock Lake bouquet fans. We have beautiful flowers and hand painted vases ready for you to take home and enjoy, but ArtWalk has been cancelled for tonight since the National Bicycle Championship races will take place downtown tonight.

Who's volunteering with us tomorrow? We'll start at 9 am and work until noon, picking beautiful veggies to deliver to Kanawha Valley non-profits. We'll also w**d, water, plant, chat, laugh, teach new skills and learn from each other.

No experience, no problem. Just bring water to drink, snacks if you need them, garden gloves of you have them and have appropriate shoes on.

What happens at the garden…..doesn’t stay at the garden. Today over 150lbs of organic grown vegetables were harvested and delivered to Heart and Hand in So Chas and Common Grounds in Kanawha City. These food pantries can have up to 30 families daily needing food assistance. If you want to help comment. Thank you

Who's volunteering at Rock Lake Community Garden tomorrow morning? We'll need w**ders, waterers, pickers, planters and good story tellers to keep us entertained while we're garden tending!

Wear appropriate shoes, bring water to drink and garden gloves if you own them (we have extras!).

See you from 9 to noon at 801 Lincoln Drive, South Charleston. Come when you can, stay as long as you can, and feel good doing good for our community!
