We wrapped up the 2025 Operation Santa’s Handlebars on Friday evening, and it was another incredible moment of impact.

Thanks to our partners at Big Brothers Big Sisters of the Tri-State, 35 bicycles were placed directly into the hands of kids who needed them most. Partnerships like this are exactly what make our mission possible.

At Serve First Foundation, we are grateful for organizations that share our heart for service and community. We look forward to continuing this partnership and working together year after year to make a difference—one bike, one child, one moment at a time.

❄️🚴‍♂️ Snow. Ice. Slick roads.
Nothing’s stopping us. Mikey Wolfey is playing 🎅🏻 today! We’re grateful to the Harrison County Deputy Sheriffs Association for allowing us to support their event.

Winter weather tried its best to slow us down, but the Serve First Foundation is still rolling forward—delivering bikes and Christmas joy to kids across West Virginia.

Because when kids are counting on Christmas morning smiles, a little snow on the road isn’t going to stop a mission built on heart, service, and community.

🎄🚲 Christmas is coming… and so are the bikes.

We’re beyond grateful for every incredible volunteer from the TARP staff & partnered streamers who came together to make the 2025 Operation Santa’s Handlebars possible! We'd also like to thank our friends at the Mingo County Sheriff's Office for helping us make this possible!

Even though Mother Nature threw us a curveball, we’ve already delivered over 100 bikes to kids in southern West Virginia, and we’re not done yet! We’ve got a few hundred more to go this weekend and next.

Thank you all for helping us Bridge the Gap and spread some holiday cheer. 🎄🚲 🎅🏻

🎅🚴 We’re Only A Few Days Away!

The most meaningful event we host each year — Operation Santa’s Handlebars — is almost here, and our reach has grown more than ever before.

This weekend, Friday through Sunday, our Serve First Foundation team, Officer Messer, and our incredible TARP staff & Partnered Streamers will be distributing brand-new bicycles to kids across:

📍 Mingo County
📍 Kanawha County
📍 Putnam County
📍 Cabell County
📍 Harrison County

…and also supporting Randolph County through their Angel Tree and SRO programs. ❤️

Our mission to Bridge the Gap between law enforcement/first responders and the communities they serve continues to grow year after year. With your support, we’re preparing to expand these efforts empowering officers, strengthening communities, and making a real impact in the lives of children.

To everyone who believes in our mission — from Officer Messer and TARP to our supporters worldwide — thank you. We are truly grateful. 💙🚓✨

KICKOFF TO 2025 OPERATION SANTA’S 🚲 HANDLEBARS

It’s absolutely incredible to look back on how much the Serve First Foundation has grown over the past four years. Watching our mission expand — and seeing our community rally behind us through Officer Messer and The Academy RolePlay — has been nothing short of inspiring. Together, we’ve continued to Bridge the Gap between law enforcement, first responders, and the communities they serve. 💙🖤

We’re truly grateful to Sheriff Brett Carpenter, Kim, and the entire Barbour County Sheriff's Department for welcoming Serve First Foundation into their Shop With a Deputy event. Because of their partnership, every child received a brand-new bicycle for Christmas. 🎁🚲

Here’s to continuing our mission and making an even bigger impact across West Virginia and beyond delivering hundreds of bicycles for Christmas.
