What a beautiful morning to do some cleaning! We're so proud of the students at Mountain View Elementary for their hard work cleaning up their campus today! Their mountain scenery looks even more beautiful now that the trash is gone! Special thanks to Mrs. Savannah for her passion for a cleaner environment and for inspiring her students to take PRIDE in their community and in protecting The Kentucky Wildlands!

Tires continue to be a major source of pollution in our waterways. Looking for a way to help? Check out the Southfork Kentucky River Cleanup in Beattyville this weekend!

Calling on volunteers to help clean up the South Fork of the Kentucky River and protect one of our region’s most valuable natural resources. Every tire removed is a step toward cleaner water, healthier wildlife, and a better experience for everyone who paddles, fishes, and enjoys this river.
