This session is designed for high school wrestlers and advanced middle school wrestlers looking to prepare for the upcoming season, sharpen technique, and take their wrestling to the next level.

🏔️Kulshan Summer Camp registration is OPEN! 🤼

Whether your child is brand new to wrestling or has been on the mat for years, we’ve got a camp for them!

Week 1 (Aug. 3–6): Fundamentals
Perfect for beginners and athletes looking to build a strong foundation.

Week 2 (Aug. 10–13): Technique
Sharpen the details, improve your skills, and grow your confidence.

Week 3 (Aug. 17–20): Advanced
Designed for experienced wrestlers looking to be challenged and prepare for the upcoming season.

🕙 Daily Schedule:
Session 1: 10:00 AM–12:00 PM
Lunch: 12:00–1:00 PM
Session 2: 1:00–3:00 PM

💲 $125/week
👕 Camp T-shirt included
📍 1551 E. Rio Vista Ave., Burlington, WA

Our goal is simple: to create a fun, encouraging environment where kids can learn, work hard, build confidence, and develop a love for the sport of wrestling.

Congratulations to our Mia, who will be continuing her wrestling journey at Wartburg College in Iowa!! Mia, you will be missed in our room, but we are excited to see you in this next chapter of your wrestling. Just remember, you can always come home to Ascend whenever you need to! Registration is officially open for the Ascend Wrestling Academy Summer National Season.

We’re offering multiple practice options to help athletes stay consistent, improve their skills, and prepare for summer competition.

Practice Locations:
• Monday & Wednesday — Outlaw
• Tuesday & Thursday — Snohomish
Wrestlers have the option to attend both locations throughout the week or stay in Snohomish.

Athletes will have access to:
• Freestyle & Greco practices
• Strength/lifting sessions
• Weekend camps with national team opportunities
• High-level training partners and coaching
