The aquatics area, including sauna, steam room and hot tub, will be closed Tuesday September 8th through Friday September 11 from 7am-4:30pm for the installation of our new aquatics monitoring system AngelEye.

Happy Father’s Day to all the dads and dad figures in our Y family! Thank you for all you do to keep our families and our community healthy and strong! Did you know that Father’s Day started at the Y? Nearly 115 years ago, a young woman raised by her single father wanted to celebrate fatherhood. The first Father’s Day celebration was held at the Spokane YMCA on June 19, 1910.

Juneteenth is a time to commemorate freedom, honor resilience and celebrate community.
Join the YMCA of Middle Tennessee tomorrow at the Northwest Family YMCA for our third annual Juneteenth Festival from 10:00 am – 1:00 pm! The celebration will include food trucks, music, fellowship and more.
