Community Service Opportunity!

Attention Cub Scout Pack 924 scouts and families: Pack 924 is partnering with Boy Scout Troop 275 to participate in a community service project at Arlington United Methodist Church.

This Saturday, January 18, from 8:00 AM to 10:00 AM, we will be cleaning up the grounds and parking lot of Arlington United Methodist Church. Please arrive before 8:00 AM, and wear work clothes that you do not mind getting dirty (do not wear class A uniforms). Work gloves are also recommended. We are requesting participants to please bring a broom and/or rake from home to help with the cleanup.

We hope everyone can participate to help show our thanks and appreciation to Arlington for allowing us to use their lovely church and facilities for Scouts.❤️

Den leaders, please pass this information on to your scouts and families.

We are registered for the parade on Monday Nov 11th. We will meet downtown on Broadway @ the White Castle next to 14th Ave. The parade will finish at 3rd Ave. All participants (including leaders) must wear Class A uniforms and expect cold weather. Everyone should plan to be at the meeting place between 9:45-10am. Wear comfortable shoes and don’t forget your smiles. Here is my information in case anyone needs to reach me that morning. ATTENTION PARENTS!!
Annual Pack dues are due this Thursday, November 7. Dues for new Cub Scouts are $100, and dues for returning Cub Scouts are $80. Please contact your den leader, or our Treasurer, Jenni Walton, regarding extenuating circumstances. Your dues are necessary in order for your Cub Scout to be rechartered.

Hi Pack 924! Happy Tuesday. Our Fall Camporee is this weekend at Boxwell Boy Scout Reserve. We only had 10 families register at the meeting. Urgent!! Very important!!

If you have not yet turned in your popcorn order form and money, please contact me immediately. You can reach me by messaging me through this page or text me if you have my #. If your scout has any wagon sales at all, those should be submitted on the form.

Also, if your scout did not have any wagon sales, but sold at storefronts or online, please contact me immediately with your scout’s prize selection. I’m happy to help you figure out how much your scout has sold and what the prize selections are.

I’m working very hard to make sure all orders and prizes are received. If you need to turn in orders, need to contact me, or have any questions, please contact me by tomorrow, Monday, October 14 at 4:00 PM

Hello Pack 924 Families!

If you did not turn in your popcorn order form and money last Thursday you can still bring it to me tomorrow (Tuesday) night. I will be at Arlington United Methodist Church from 6:45-8:30 at the weekly Boy Scout (not Cub Scout) meeting. Use the staircase on the outside of the church building on the opposite side of the church from the Fellowship Hall where we usually meet. You’ll see cars. If you need to turn in money and orders but cannot meet me tomorrow night, please contact me to make arrangements to meet me to turn it in. You can message me through this Facebook account. Due to Fall Break, our regular Cub Scout meeting will not meet Thursday of this week.

If your scout sold popcorn at a storefront venue, all sales have been entered into the Trails-End website and are now correct. Please use the prize display sheet that came with your order form to choose a prize and let me know what your scout has selected. I will also reach out and contact families to request prize info.

Reminder!! All paper popcorn sale forms and money must be turned in at the meeting TONIGHT. If you have not already done so, please create an account for your scout on the Trails End webpage. Trails-end.com. You must have an account for your scout.

Once you total your order form sales, please enter the sales in your Trails End account. This can be done as one big sale to make it easier (rather than having to enter each individual customer). Please do this before you come to the meeting tonight.

If you already entered your sales in the app or website as Wagon Sales, you do not need to enter again.
