Tabitha's Table Tabitha's Table is a group of people in the Smithsburg area that come together so no neighbor goes hungry! Our pantry is open every Tuesday 2-5pm. God Bless!

Tabitha (also called Dorcas) is mentioned in the Book of Luke as a woman who not only cared for the widows and the poor, but was raised from the dead by Peter. Her tireless efforts provided clothing, food and shelter for her community, whom she loved. Her name was a natural choice for us as we as a group strive to serve our own community in as many ways as we can. We except all non-perishable food

items, as well as personal hygiene items. Donations can be dropped off any Tuesday 11am-5pm at the pantry or at Columbia Bank or First United Bank (Smithsburg Branches) during their normal business hours Monday-Saturday. Monetary donations can be sent to:

Huge thanks to Hagerstown Elks Lodge #378 (particularly Trustee Mike Collins, Wanda Barber and member Monnie Johnson, who did all of the shopping!) for their donation of $1,000 worth of cleaning supplies, hygiene items, toiletries, baby diapers and pull-ups, and food! We are blessed! 😊
