Dear Band Parents,
We are pleased to share that both the middle and high school band programs have had an outstanding fall season!
The High School Band performed at four home football games, the Showcase of Bands, the Steam and Craft Parade, and the Mummer’s Parade. They also just returned from a wonderful trip to Florida! The Middle School Band also had an excellent season, performing at Step-Up Night alongside the high school band, the Steam and Craft Parade, and earning 3rd place among middle school bands in the Mummer’s Parade.
We extend our heartfelt thanks to all of the volunteers whose time and dedication made these performances possible.
Looking ahead, we are excited for our upcoming Holiday Concerts, where both bands will showcase their hard work and musical growth. The middle school will perform on December 16, 2025 and the high school will perform on December 18, 2025.
Middle School Activity Night
Thank you to everyone who volunteered at the Middle School Activity Night—whether by helping at the event or donating snacks. Thanks to your support, we raised around $900, all of which will go directly toward helping our band students succeed!
Booster Support
As always, the generous contributions and efforts of our Band Booster Organization play a vital role in the success of our programs. Your involvement helps fund essential needs and initiatives that directly benefit our students. We are deeply grateful for your continued support—it truly makes a difference!
Concession Stand Volunteers Needed
One of our primary fundraising efforts is managing the concession stand during the fall and winter sports seasons. This initiative provides critical funding for both our middle and high school band programs.
We kindly ask each family to consider signing up for at least one volunteer shift during the school year. Each shift requires two volunteers, including at least one adult. Students in 8th grade and high school are also eligible to earn Student Service Learning (SSL) hours for their participation.

We invite all parents and guardians of middle and high school band students to attend our next Band Booster Meeting. Your participation is invaluable in helping our program continue to grow and thrive.
