Ladders to Leaders Building big lives through small business.

Most importantly, L2L taps into the powerful energy and synchronicity that comes with the realization that the principles of spirituality-based recovery - i.e., personal responsibility, rigorous honesty, accountability, integrity, financial autonomy, purpose-based living, networking, marketing through attraction rather than promotion - are exactly the same principles a man or woman calls upon to b

uild a successful and satisfying business enterprise or career. The integration of the work of recovery with the work of well, just plain old-fashioned hard-work is a formidable and beautiful thing to witness.

Our garden has been blessed with an AMAZING harvest! We have tons of fresh produce available, including many different varieties of tomatoes, regular and spicy peppers, eggplants, grapes, cantaloupes, and squash! 🫑🍆🍇🍈🥒

We would love to make sure this fresh food gets into the hands of people who can truly use it. ❤️

If you are a food bank, pantry, church, nonprofit, or community organization in need of fresh produce, PLEASE LET US KNOW! We would be happy to share what we have available.

📍Important: For individuals receiving produce will need to be able to **pick it up**. We are unable to provide delivery at this time.

Let’s keep the harvest moving and make sure none of this goodness goes to waste! 🌱❤️

If you’re interested, please reach out and let us know what you can use.

Yesterday, we hosted our Annual Cookout, and it was everything we could have hoped for! From delicious food and plenty of laughs to splashing around in the pool, there was no shortage of fun. But more than anything, the day was filled with fellowship, love, connection, and FAMILY.

I say family because we celebrate together, support one another, laugh together, and make memories together.

There are plenty of days when this type of work can feel hard, but moments like yesterday make every single bit of it worth it. Seeing everyone together, enjoying life and simply being themselves is what it’s all about.

We're growing zucchini, watermelons, green beans, radishes, berries, pears, a variety of peppers, tomatoes, and so much more. Now we're just waiting for those tomatoes to finish turning bright red. Hopefully within the next week! 🍅☀️

Every fruit and vegetable we harvest will go right back into our community, helping provide fresh, healthy produce to those who need it. We're grateful for all the support to make this garden possible.

First, I want to extend my heartfelt thanks to United Way of Washington County for awarding Ladders To Leaders a $20,000 grant. This generous investment will help offset the cost of recovery housing expenses and strengthen our outreach efforts, allowing us to continue serving more individuals on their recovery journey. We are truly grateful for your belief in our mission and your commitment to our community.

Second, I want to give a very special shout out to our amazing House Manager, Nyoka Taylor. Your growth, commitment, leadership, and dedication to your recovery have been nothing short of inspiring. Watching you step into this role and become the leader you are today has been an incredible privilege.

I couldn't be prouder to have you represent Ladders To Leaders on such a special night. You are a true example of what recovery, perseverance, and purpose look like, and we're blessed to have you on our team.

Thank you to everyone who continues to support Ladders To Leaders. Together, we're changing lives, one step at a time. 💜🏡
