We currently have one open bed available in both our women’s and men’s house.

We are looking for individuals who are serious about recovery, committed to personal growth, and ready to build a better future. Our homes provide a safe, supportive, structured, and accountable environment focused on long-term sobriety and independence.

House expectations include:
✅ 5 recovery meetings weekly & an active sponsor
✅ Random UA testing
✅ $130/week or $520/month
✅ Weekly house meetings & assigned chores
✅ Following house rules and respecting others
✅ Seeking employment if able to work
✅ Volunteering when appropriate for those who are disabled

💙United Way Day of Caring! 💙

Ladders to Leaders was out helping the Boonsboro Historic Society! We spent the day doing some yard cleanup, making repairs, and taking care of a few other projects to help spruce things up a bit.

Our garden has been blessed with an AMAZING harvest! We have tons of fresh produce available, including many different varieties of tomatoes, regular and spicy peppers, eggplants, grapes, cantaloupes, and squash! 🫑🍆🍇🍈🥒

We would love to make sure this fresh food gets into the hands of people who can truly use it. ❤️

If you are a food bank, pantry, church, nonprofit, or community organization in need of fresh produce, PLEASE LET US KNOW! We would be happy to share what we have available.

📍Important: For individuals receiving produce will need to be able to **pick it up**. We are unable to provide delivery at this time.

Yesterday, we hosted our Annual Cookout, and it was everything we could have hoped for! From delicious food and plenty of laughs to splashing around in the pool, there was no shortage of fun. But more than anything, the day was filled with fellowship, love, connection, and FAMILY.

I say family because we celebrate together, support one another, laugh together, and make memories together.

There are plenty of days when this type of work can feel hard, but moments like yesterday make every single bit of it worth it. Seeing everyone together, enjoying life and simply being themselves is what it’s all about.
