✈️ Next stop: Adventure!

Today for our Passport Program, our campers traveled to Australia, France, Greece, Germany, South Korea, and the UK!

They loved decorating their passports and "flying" from country to country to learn about new cultures, art and languages. 🎨🗣️

Between international travels, our students caught up with their reading buddies, gave us some amazing feedback on how much they love camp, and stayed fueled with free breakfast, lunch and snacks! 🍎🥪

All of our summer programs are completely FREE to the students we serve.

A massive thank you to The Amish Outlaws for bringing the absolute best energy to the stage tonight!

If you’ve never seen them, they are pure joy, straight out of PA, performing everything from hip-hop to rock with full traditional gear and unmatched charisma. 🎻🎸

There is nothing quite like the pure joy of being a kid in the summer. ☀️

While keeping those brains active is important, we believe having fun is just as essential for a happy, healthy childhood!

That’s why our SML Good Neighbors Program is all about finding that perfect balance. We mix enriching academics and creative hands on activities with absolute, pure FUN!

This week, our amazing students and staff took a trip to the local splash pad to cool off, run wild and make some unforgettable memories.

Here’s to sunshine, laughter, being a kid, and enjoying every single drop of summer fun! 😎✨

Over the years, a very special corner of our camp has grown, book by book, into a sanctuary of imagination. The Good Neighbors Camp Library isn’t just a collection of shelves, it’s a labor of love that our community has crafted together for years.

In a world where digital screens take up so much of a child's day, we are do things a little differently at camp.

No hand held screen devices here. 😃

Without the distraction of a glowing device, we’re watching our students' brains "reactivate" in real-time.

It has been such a breath of fresh air to see these kiddos:

• Create projects with their hands.
• Invent their own games and rules on the playground.
• Pick up books and dive into reading.
• Build real connections through genuine, face to face interactions.

By stepping away from the digital noise, our campers are rediscovering the power of raw curiosity, play and imagination.

We are incredibly proud to provide a safe, educational and enriching space where kids can just be kids.

Thank you for trusting us to be a part of your child’s learning and growth journey, and thank you to the community for supporting our mission! ✨
