🎃Happy Halloween from your favorite ghouls at the Gila Community Foundation!👻

Fun Facts:

🍁Halloween started over 2,000 years ago as a Celtic festival called Samhain, meaning "summers end".

🍭It is the second largest commercial holiday in the United States. Last year, Americans spent $1.3 billion on related purchases.

While our office may not be handing out candy this Halloween, we’re proud to invest in sweeter futures for our communities every day of the year. The best treat you can offer your neighbors is support that lasts—and we need your help to make it happen! 🎃🍬

Are you dressing up today? Let us know in the comments what your costume is!🦸‍♀️🧚

Pathways to Progress:

Taking a Short Break, Then Celebrating Together!

Pathways to Progress will be taking a break in November, but we'll be back on December 17 for a special Holiday Networking Luncheon!

We're setting aside the usual workshop format to bring our nonprofit community together for a little holiday cheer, good conversation, and an opportunity to connect with others doing great work across our region.

We hope you'll plan to spend a few hours with us! It's a chance to catch up with familiar faces, meet new nonprofit colleagues, share ideas, and enjoy some time together before the year comes to a close.

Mark your calendar for December 17! More details will be coming soon, and we look forward to seeing you there.
