We are meeting at Buc-ee's by Texas Motor Speedway
June 6th | 7:00 PM

We will roll out together at 7:45 PM to go from
Buc-ee's to Texas Motor Speedway.
If you miss the roll out time you may not be able to run with the group.
Event check-in at the South Tunnel.
Our Group Lap time is 8:15 PM. We must arrive at Texas Motor Speedway and be in line by 8:00.

Right now we are showing a 70% chance of rain Saturday.
The speedway will make a final determination on a possible reschedule Saturday Morning.
Please keep an eye on your email for a notice from Texas Motor Speedway.
We will also get updates out on the Facebook event, in our Facebook Groups, on our website, and on our Google Calendar as quickly as possible.
PHOTOS IN VICTORY LANE AND RE-BUYS: After your Laps are over, you have the chance to get your photo taken with your car in Victory Lane! Photos are a minimum $10 donation. Cash is preferred for this area, but they can accept credit and debit cards through their website donation page.
At this time, the event is nearly sold out. They cannot guarantee the opportunity for re-buys after you complete your first session, but the final decision will be made on the day of the event.
TICKETS AND WAIVERS: You WILL NOT receive a ticket for this event. By purchasing online, your name has been added to the registration list at check-in.
A digital waiver must be completed BY ALL DRIVERS/PASSENGERS in the vehicle. You may complete this waiver in advance by clicking the link below.
You will receive a confirmation text message when it has been completed, and you will be asked to show this confirmation at check-in. If you cannot show the confirmation message, you will be asked to complete the waiver again.

If you’re having trouble with the digital waiver, there will be people to assist you and take care of it on site when you check in. Doing it in advance just speeds up the process and wait times.
