Today, 30 May 2026, The Sherman VFW Post 2772 and members of the VFW Auxiliary 2772 successfully retired 37 U.S. and 8 Texas flags.

The VFW Post 2772, Sherman, Texas, and the VFW Auxiliary 2772 would like to thank all who came out to help decorate the Graves of all the deceased service members at West Hill Cemetery on Saturday, May 23, 2026. Present were the Sherman Civil Air Patrol, the American Heritage Girls, the Boy Scouts, and many other individuals and Organizations who made the event run smoothly and quickly. Thank You!
