omb have come together to create a strengths based, positive, family focused, empirically based, holistic, and compassionate company to help children and their families within our communities of Sheridan and Johnson Counties. Engaging natural resources, community entities, and the strengths our family clients together to create a team and climate for progress. Magellan Healthcare has partnered with the State of Wyoming to bring this opportunity to our communities at no cost to families or services who coordinate with us to help families. Eligibility for services currently requires medicaid covered adolescent within the family. Ages 4-21 and their families once the child/young adult has become part of our program. We strongly value and promote family voice and choice as well as engage professional entities in the process and work as a team to overcome obstacles. We are located within the Mill Inn on the 4th floor room 403. We share an office with Willow Creek Counseling.
