Bluejays cap off the night with a 4-1 win over Ogemaw Heights. The jays took a 1-1 tie into the top of the 9th inning where Braddock Payne lead off with drawing a walk. Jake Travis entered to run and advanced to second on a pass ball. Noah Clevenger after battling with two strikes, hits a single down the left field line to drive in the second run of the game. The Jays score two more times in the top of the 9th to make the score 4-1. Kaden Yuncker and Kody Wheeler combined to finish the bottom of the 9th on the mound. The offense blasted off for 11 hits, three hits and one RBI coming from Payton McCaul, also helping the offense with two hits and one RBI was Noah Clevenger. Kaden Yuncker earned the win on the mound pitching 8 1/3 innings allowing 1 hit, 1 ER, 1 BB and 11 punch outs. The jays next game is Saturday at 10am at home against Gladwin in a District Semifinal.
