stand for A Brotherhood Against Totalitarian Enactments. is an organization of motorcycle enthusiasts, individuals and clubs, who are pooling their strength in numbers and votes to have a say in their government about the laws pertaining to them. It is the general consensus that motorcyclists, per se, are a minority group and, as such, have come under undue prejudices, through lack of adequate rep

resentation in our government’s legislative bodies, through public stereotypes depicted in the movies and articles, through the general public’s lack of knowledge and understanding of motorcyclists and motorcycling, and through individuals with power and/or influence apparently intent on extremely limiting if not altogether banning motorcyclist’s freedom of mode of travel on and off the public highways.
