We are so grateful for the support of our various shellfish partners in the shucking competition. Taylor Shellfish Farms for contributing the oysters (!) and to Hama Hama Oysters, Chelsea Farms - a family shellfish farm, Chuckanut Shellfish and Calm Cover Oyster Company for contributing towards the cash prizes for the winners. Also, to Pacific Coast Shellfish Growers Association for their leadership and coordination of this event to include the judging for the half shell competition. It is going to be a thrilling weekend of shucking!
