Today, we remember and honor the life of Mary Alice Welch.

Mary Alice was more than a supporter of the Berkshire Rattlers—she was family.

Through her love for her son, Jimmy, she founded our annual Jimmy Welch Tournament, creating a tradition that has brought our community together year after year. Her generosity, kindness, and commitment to honoring Jimmy’s legacy will continue to inspire us for generations to come.

Our thoughts and heartfelt condolences are with the Welch family during this difficult time.
Thank you, Mary Alice, for everything you gave to our program and our community.
Your legacy will forever be a part of the Berkshire Rattlers. ❤️🐍
