The 501(c)(3) was started by the loved ones of Chelsea following her tragic passing due to a motor vehicle accident on September 10, 2016. The Chelsea Rowe Rescue Fund (CRRF) is a local non-profit organization in memory of our dear friend Chelsea Rowe. CRRF operates under the Hermitage Fire Department as a 501(c)(3) and was started by the loved ones of Chelsea following her tragic passing due to a

motor vehicle accident on September 10, 2016. The Chelsea Rowe Rescue Fund raises money to help support our Mercer County, PA first responders. The mission of The Chelsea Rowe Rescue Fund is to help our first responders save lives in Chelsea's name. Our goal is to provide funding for one training every one to two years for Mercer County, PA first responders.
