Little Lemon Drops Junior Guild The Little Lemon Drops Jr. Guild of Seattle Children's Hospital was founded in 2007 with a few girls and a lemonade stand.

Since then we have grown to 24 girls and have raised over $250,000! In 2018 we received the Chairman's Award for Guild Excellence.
