Melvin was a good boy during bath time!! He’s still with his foster after having hip surgery, has recovered, has learned commands and how to be the best family pet. We are so grateful for his foster, and was hoping he would be adopted before coming back to the shelter this Saturday. Even though he hasn’t, we are still hoping he doesn’t have to stay here long!! Who wants to adopt this good boy!?!

Momma & 8 babies really need out of the shelter. Would be great if a rescue had space, a foster is acceptable too. It’s just so noisy and chaotic in the shelter environment, and with new dogs continuously coming in there is a chance of exposure to illnesses.

It will likely begin this weekend and go all the way through July 5th. Please think of your pets. Fireworks may be fun for you, but not for animals, every year many dogs and cats are lost, never to return home. Don’t let your furry family member be a statistic!!

Luca, you are so handsome!! Our fluffy cloud of a dog. Why do you not have a home!?! Really, you never know why a dog waits so long. Maybe because when he arrived he was a hot mess teenager, but he’s now been with us months and settled down quite a bit. Luca is still active and playful, has to be reminded to settle down some, but cooped up in a kennel around the clock, 7 days a week, wouldn’t you be excited too when you got out to play!?!
Luca is neutered, vaccinated, microchipped. He was getting a much needed brush out in this video. Unfortunately, there’s not much time for “extras” at the shelter with so many to take care of. If you want to meet Luca, come on by!!
