BOSS Youth Outreach Program

BOSS Youth Outreach Program 501c(3) charity, Youth Mentor program. The B.O.S.S. Youth Outreach Program will not only be for the youth but for the parent(s) or guardian(s) as well.

Youth Outreach Program is a new 501c (3) nonprofit youth organization based out of the Dallas, Texas area that reaches into the low income communities to involve at-risk youth in positive activities and functions; such as one on one mentoring, leadership and team building skills using athletic activities, a youth ambassadors program along with but not limited to scholastic activities, field trips

and cultural events. Founded in August 2014 and incorporated in 2015 by three New Orleans natives: Jarvis Jackson, AJ Jones and Brian Swinney, who all look to improve and build great opportunities for the youth by developing life, educational, networking and decision-making skills in young unmotivated at-risk youth and young adults. The programs offered will specifically target youth ages 9-17 that live in low income areas with high volume of crime, gang affiliation and drop-out rates in cities such as New Orleans, Louisiana and Dallas, Texas. The goal is to serve approximately 100 youth and young adults within the first two years and produce growth by 3% each year after. After-school, weekend and summer programs and activities will begin June 13th 2015 with the organization orientation. We have plans to help the parent(s) or guardian(s) who wish to improve their educational and employment opportunities as well. We will offer G.E.D, and employment enhancement resources to help the parents reach their goal along with their scholar.
