It’s that time again! Everyone is back in school and the schedules are already scheduling… 📅

So here’s another item to add to that calendar: 🍔 FREE hamburgers for you on Monday, August 24th! (*adds to calendar*)
✅You like cheese? Yum! We can add that.
❌Don’t like onions and mustard? No problem, not on this burger!

We will be in front of the SISD tennis courts/Junior High ready to serve you, our community, with food and fellowship.

Just because it’s summer doesn’t mean our food bag distribution stops! ☀️🍲 If anything, now it’s even more important to give out food bags to select families with school kiddos who aren’t receiving daily supplemental meals from the school cafeteria.

We’re glad to tweak our standard food bag ingredients to make a further impact on our 12 recipient families. We’re sharing food, we’re sharing Jesus and we’re sharing hope in the community we serve.

We fed a community! 🫓 Thanks to our generous donors, 500 pupusas were purchased and approximately 250 people were fed in two churches in Ciudad Arce, El Salvador and Santa Tecla, El Salvador.
✨
People came to take part in kids and moms activities, hear preaching, and eat a free meal. We shared Jesus with so many Salvadoran friends, including sponsored families we know and love and also community members we hadn’t met before. It was a great day and night event filled with learning and fellowship.

Thank you, thank you for supporting this outreach event. We praise Jesus for the opportunity to plant seeds of hope within everyone who attended. 🌱

The Goal: Raise enough money to buy 600 pupusas. For only $.75 cents each, together you guys can help us meet this goal, no problema!

Come what MAY, we're here with food for good!

There's no better way to close out serving our local school than to help fill the stomachs of some of the most important members of our community...our school kids. 12 school families have fuller stomachs thanks to the help of our amazing partners at Schulenburg ISD who help Led + Fed provide food bags to school children and parents who need the extra resource.

And P.S. even though school won't be in session, the mission continues. Keep an eye out for our summer initiatives!

April showers bring…an opportunity for service! Rain or shine, Led + Fed’s Community Table was happy to bless our community with food and prayers.
🍔 🙏
From a tired mom needing dinner for herself and her three children to a community member seeking prayer over her financial situation—the rain didn’t wash away their needs but it did give us opportunity to feed and pray over these precious people in the midst of their storms. What a privilege.

We’re thanking the Lord for the rain and this event which allowed us to feed 46 people. This is what food for good looks like.

The Resurrection.
He is risen!

Without the resurrection there is no Gospel message.
There is no life.
There is no hope.

All of our faith, our callings, our service…they all stem from this most-important event in all of history.

Hallelujah He was raised!
Hallelujah for His sacrifice!
Hallelujah that we have eternal life through Him!
