Nourish Yourself This November!

Join us on Friday, November 6, 10:00 AM-2:00 PM, for our 3rd Annual Women's Health Summit—a day of expert insights, wellness workshops, and meaningful connection.

Whether you join us for the lunchtime keynote featuring Jenn Sherman and Lindsay Pinchuk, or spend the entire morning with us, you’ll leave with fresh ideas, inspiration, and practical tools for living well.

Highlights include a keynote conversation with Peloton instructor and midlife advocate Jenn Sherman, and entrepreneur, podcast host, and marketing expert Lindsay Pinchuk, about wellness, reinvention, and embracing every stage of life with confidence and joy. Interactive workshops will focus on health, wellness, and personal growth with practical strategies for self-care and well-being.

Breakout sessions will offer mat pilates, piloxing, a sound bath, and yoga nidra, as well as discussions on nutrition and menopause. Enjoy a wellness fair featuring a variety of vendors throughout the program, followed by a kosher lunch at 1:00 PM.
