Tomorrow the Winter Season officially kicks off with tryouts!! 💛💚

All students 7-12th grade in the Sauk Rapids- Rice school district are able to tryout out: you MUST be registered to tryout - no exceptions.

Monday: Tryouts will be held at SRRHS - checkin 345-4pm! Bring water, light snack if needed, jazz shoes, tennis shoes, hair pulled back, no jewelry, and fitted clothing! Practice until 7pm

Tuesday: SRRHS, 345pm - Hair in bun, no jewelry, fitted BLACK clothing, jazz shoes. Your student will leave after their scheduled tryout time they will receive tomorrow evening. Phone calls will be made for placement/non placement Tuesday evening!!

We are looking for a part-time assistant jv coach to add to our team — 2 to 3 days a week, must be available to attend competitions which are generally on Saturdays. We’d love to have you join our SRDT family! 💚💛

It’s National Coaches Day!!

It truly takes a village to make this dance team possible! 💕 The Booster Club would like to extend a heartfelt thank you to all of our amazing coaches who dedicate countless hours of their time, energy, and passion to our dancers. Your commitment, encouragement, and support make such a difference, and we are so grateful for everything you do to help our dancers grow, learn, and shine!

Weather update!! Dance in a day is still on but please read because there are changes

🚨 🚨 🚨
Due to forecasted strong storms this evening, the Varsity Football Game Time changed tonight (Friday, September 11) to 5:00pm.

Here is the schedule for dance-in-a-day:
4:00pm Check in at door 5 of Sauk Rapids-Rice Middle School
4:15-5:30pm Dancers learn routine
5:30-6:00pm Perform Sidelines and Halftime Routine (approximately)
6:00-6:15pm Pizza Dinner (approximately)

Important details:
- Drop-Off: Please check in your dancer at Door 5 at the middle school. Check-in begins at 4:00 and we will begin the clinic at 4:15!
- Pick Up: After our halftime performance, dancers will get pizza in the east gym. Please send one parent to pick up your dancer at the side door of the building near the football field around approximately 6:15pm. We will direct families to the entrance and into the building for check-out.
- Please send your dancer with tennis shoes, comfortable clothing, a water bottle, and hair pulled back. We will hand out T-shirts and poms for the dancers to wear for our performance!
