Friends of Saratoga County Animal Shelter

The Saratoga County Animal Shelter has some extra mouths to feed! Are there any local grocery stores, farms, or restaurants that would be willing to donate fresh vegetables (i.e. romaine lettuce, spring mix, cucumbers, peppers) on a weekly or biweekly basis? Contact the Animal Shelter at (518) 885-4113 ext 107. Thank you!!

Please share.

Come join us on Saturday, Oct 24 from 11-3 at the Saratoga County Animal Shelter. Perreca’s Bakery and More Perreca’s Restaurant of Schenectady will be there selling some of their awesome foods. Camp Bow Wow will be donating microchips for any cat or dog adopted that day. Wilson’s Legacy will also join us. Some of our county officials will be there to support us. Staff has creatively decorated their office doors for Halloween. Come and vote for the one you like best!
Friends of the Saratoga County Animal Shelter will have shelter t shirts and sweatshirts available to purchase. And of course, the reason for the event is to find forever homes for our current residents.
Shelters are in crisis right now and we are not not immune. Adopting a forever family pet will allow us to help more animals.
Come and see our shelter, check out our animals, vote for a decorated door, enjoy some awesome food, and pick up a tshirt or sweatshirt.
We can’t wait to see you there!🐶🐾🐱
