The Hemmings Great Race will be cruising down Dewey on Monday, June 22. Bring your chairs and set up to view the classic cars making their journey down Route 66!

Join us on Wednesdays on Hobson Ave. from 5 - 7pm for Christmas Chute work nights. Make new friends, get in volunteer hours and help us prepare for the 2026 Christmas season. We hope to see you there!

If you haven’t had a chance to see the new streetscape on Dewey, on May 30th after the Capital Cruise! Just off of Dewey is the mockup of the Christmas Chute, hop on over the Hobson Ave. to check it out.

We are excited to welcome Main Street Ramblers and Travis Kidd : MUSIC to the stage for a day you won't want to miss. Grab your lawn chairs, bring your friends, and come enjoy the music with us on Route 66.

Are you creative? Artistic? Have a love of Christmas? This one's for you! We're looking for artists to submit their visions of the Route 66 Christmas Chute into our art contest. Get those creative juices flowing. All submissions must be turned in by Wednesday, May 27th.

We have extra volunteer opportunities this week! Volunteers will be helping to make poufs, move panels and other panel prep.

Tuesday, May 19th from 8 am - 2pm
Wednesday, May 20th from 9 am - noon
Thursday, May 21st from 9 am - noon

We'll be at the Hobson Street building at 101 E. Hobson Ave. Come join the fun!
