Interfaith Food Center Feeding the Hungry Since 1983 Interfaith Food Center is a non-faith-based, non-profit 501(c)(3) charity organization.

Our mission is to alleviate hunger by providing compassionate supplemental food services to the hungry, disadvantaged and homeless population of Whittier, La Mirada and Santa Fe Springs. We offer a Food Distribution Program, Homeless Lunch Program, and Emergency Assistance program for residents of Whittier, La Mirada and Santa Fe Springs, California.

Wanted to give a huge thank you to everyone who came out and helped at our Stamp Out Hunger Food Drive this past Saturday. Your time, energy, and teamwork made this event a great success, and we truly appreciate the effort put in by each and every one of you.

Because of your hard work and dedication, we were able to collect and sort an incredible grand total of:

8,074 pounds of food!

This contribution will make a meaningful difference for families in need within our communities.

We’d also like to recognize the efforts at each location:

La Mirada Post Office: 3,036 lbs
Santa Fe Springs Post Office: 1,872 lbs
Whittier Post Office: 2,996 lbs
