The members of DeKalb Fire Local 1236 are in our thoughts and prayers as you mourn the loss of one of your own. The fire service is more than a profession — it is a brotherhood and sisterhood built on sacrifice, trust, and unwavering support. When one department hurts, we all feel that loss.

May you find strength in the memories shared, comfort in the bond you carry, and pride in the service and dedication your brother/sister gave to the community and to the job. Their commitment will never be forgotten, and their impact will live on in the lives they touched and the firefighters who carry their legacy forward.
