Sandwich Troop 45 will cover the annual dues and purchase of a uniform shirt for the first 5 boys(ages 11 to 18) to Join the Sandwich troop. In the interest of growing our troop and making scouting accessible to everyone. We would like to remove a hurdle from anyone who might be interested in Joining. Scouting America is dedicated to getting youth outside and active. Join Sandwich BSA Troop 45. No previous scouting necessary. Boys from 11 to 18. Next 5 boys to join troop 45, we will cover their annual dues and Uniform shirt. If you have a child,Grandchild or even a neighbor you think could benefit from scouting let them know we are looking for new scouts. You can contact us on here at Sandwich Boy Scouts Troop 45. Scouts BSA will host the first-ever Senior Patrol Leader (SPL) Summit on Sunday, Oct. 25. Your SPL can join Scouts from across the country and members of the National Scouts BSA Committee for 30 minutes on Zoom to share what works in their troops.

We sent Scoutmasters an email with the invitation and registration details. Here's what you need to know:

1) Check the email address registered to your my.scouting account
2) Look for the subject line: "Send your SPL to the first-ever SPL Summit on Oct. 25"
3) Forward the SPL section of that email to your SPL only
4) Each troop gets one seat, and space is limited
5) If your SPL can't attend, work together to pick another Scout to represent your troop
