Friday Farm Day at Hoofbeats with Heart!🌿♥️🐴

There’s nothing quite like ending the week with fresh air, friendly goats, and a little dirt under your nails! Our DTA members spent Friday at the farm brushing our goats 🐐, planting new flowers and plants 🌱, and adding some beautiful pops of color around the farm.

But they weren’t just helping make the farm look beautiful. They’re helping us get ready for something special!🎃🍂

Our members are pitching in as we prepare for our Hope Harvest Festival on November 7
from 10 AM–3 PM!🍁✨
We’re so excited to have them be part of getting the farm ready to welcome our community for this special day.

Farm days like this are just one of the ways we keep our members engaged, active, and involved. Watching them take pride in helping prepare for an event that brings everyone together makes it even more special. 🥰

Your qualifying contribution may be eligible for a dollar-for-dollar Arizona income tax credit, up to the applicable 2026 limits:

🐴♥️ Remembering Daisy & Celebrating 20 Years of Hope

Some horses leave hoofprints in the arena. Others leave them forever on our hearts.

Daisy was one of those special horses. 🌼

With her gentle spirit and incredible patience, Daisy brought comfort, confidence, and joy to so many people at Hoofbeats with Heart. She had a way of making people feel safe, seen, and loved often without saying a word.

Daisy’s legacy is a beautiful reminder of why we do what we do.

For 20 years, Hoofbeats with Heart has been creating moments of healing, connection, growth, and hope through the human-animal bond. ♥️

And now, it’s time to celebrate!

This is the heart of why we do what we do♥️🐴
For 20 years, we’ve witnessed the incredible connection between humans and animals.
A connection like no other.

Moments like this, with Dixie and one of our DTA members, remind us just how much our therapy animals can bring comfort, connection, confidence, healing, and joy. 🫏♥️

At Hoofbeats with Heart,
our DTA (Adult Day Center) program gives adults a place to learn new skills, build confidence, connect with others, discover new abilities, and come together as a community.

And our animals are such an important part of that journey. 🌱

Our DTA members come to the farm multiple times a month and volunteer their time in so many different ways: caring for our animals, helping with projects, learning new skills, and giving back.

There’s something truly special about the connection between a human and an animal.
It’s a connection that can be felt, not always explained. ♥️🤲

Our Hoofbeats with Heart family is incredibly grateful to Kahoots’ for their generous donation of FOUR boxes of Mrs. Pastures Cookies for Horses to our Hoofbeats with Heart herd!! 🍎🥕🍠

The horses knew something special had
arrived 🍪🍎 they could smell those treats from a mile away!! Their excitement was priceless, and thanks to Kahoots' kindness, they get to enjoy a few extra goodies during this hot Arizona summer☀️🏜️
