Alameda County residents: Check out this Virtual Community Health and Resource Event on Zoom on October 8th from 11 am to 12 pm. NCAPDA will be joined by the HIV Education and Prevention Project of Alameda County (HEPPAC), MedMark, the leader in opioid addiction treatment, and Magnolia Women's Recovery Program. Come and learn about the services available in Alameda County and have the chance to win a Visa gift card. Register ahead of time, and we look forward to seeing you there!

Clean out your medicine cabinet and dispose of unneeded medications safely!

Join us for DEA National Prescription Drug Take Back Day on Saturday, October 24, from 10 a.m.–2 p.m. at the San Ramon Police Department’s Take Back Day event.

NCAPDA will be there tabling and sharing prevention resources and information with our community. Stop by, safely dispose of your unneeded medications, and come say hello!

Keep them safe. Clean them out. Take them back.

Nonprofits and donors who gathered at the Bankhead this morning at 9:25AM to celebrate 925 GIVES, Dolly Parton Day, and the spirit of “9 to 5” were entered into a random spin-the-wheel drawing for a special prize.

Congratulations to KW who unlocked a $300 Show Up for Your Cause Prize benefiting the CYT Tri-Valley! Thank you to host The Bankhead LVA and everyone who showed up, celebrated, and helped make some noise for the causes that make our community stronger.
