Diversity is a fact; inclusiveness is a choice. Intentionally acting in an inclusive manner is what creates diversity.

Don’t beat yourself up if you’re not there yet…maybe you haven’t done these things as well as you could have. But today is the day to start. It’s never too late to do the right thing.

Use these seven steps and take the right steps. Being intentional about diversity is not difficult but does require changing your mindset.

Because we are such a profitable team, we easily attract others who want to know the secret to our success, growing our chapter to 25 members. In so doing, we create an ecosystem of referability across all contact spheres.

This year, we have proven we have the fortitude to climb any mountain. We will reach the summit. We will do it together. We are Peak Performers!
