Día de los Mu***os at REACH Ashland Youth Center

As we celebrate Latino Heritage Month, we are excited to invite you to our 14th annual Día de los Mu***os event at the REACH Ashland Youth Center! Join us on Friday, October 30th, from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM for an opportunity to honor our ancestors, remember loved ones we’ve lost, and come together as a community.

This event is a vibrant celebration of our shared heritage, gratitude for those who have shaped our lives, and the strength we find in unity. We warmly invite you to mark your calendars and be a part of this special occasion!

If you’re interested in performing, creating an ofrenda (altar), or contributing in any other way, please reach out to us—we’d love to collaborate! Thank you, and we look forward to celebrating with you!

NEED A FLYER? WE CAN MLE IT!

We are introducing and rolling out a new program and community service!
Scan the QR Code and apply today for a human made flyer, made by youth artists, for little to no cost!

HOW IT WORKS:
You apply with your concept and we will reach out with confirmation.
The proposal will then be brought to the Digital Arts workshops in the Media Center at REACH AYC. Youth will be able to submit their designs to the arts team.
The arts team will then bring you the submitted designs, where you may then select a design to move forward with.
We will make adjustments and submit back for publishing.
THE YOUTH ARTISTS WHO CREATED THE WINNING DESIGN WILL RECEIVE THE AVAILABLE STIPEND

This program incorporates youth-adult POWER SHARING directly into our services as this is a YOUTH DESIGNED program that teaches CO-LEARNING AND TRAINING and TRANSFERABLE SKILLS, as well as prioritizing YOUTH STIPENDS when available!

This service is open to all community partners!
