Last week, Room 6 teacher Nick Toro, hosted their classroom’s third annual Science Olympics! 🧪💙

Students and staff divided into pairs to compete in a variety of hands-on STEM activities, including building the tallest tower, making a boat that holds the most pennies, constructing a catapult, and flying a paper airplane!

Students had fun creating their designs and testing them out in a friendly competition where they earned points for functionality and creativity. Scroll to the last photo to check out the final scores!

We are still buzzing with excitement following our Dream Campus 2.0 Milestone Community Event!

Thanks to your overwhelming support, over 120 community supporters gathered to celebrate, connect, and look ahead toward an expanding future. We were honored to kick off the milestone event with an inspiring welcome address by Councilmember Michael Mulcahy, who shared why this campus is so important for our community. We heard testimonials firsthand from Morgan Autism Center families about how deeply the Dream Campus 2.0 project will impact their daily lives now and in the future. Each of these stories reminded every individual in the room exactly why we are undertaking this vital journey.

We were also able to share the exciting news of an anonymous $500,000 gift from a community member to help accelerate our completion of Dream Campus 2.0!

Our community's excitement even caught the attention of the media! We are thrilled to share that our Dream Campus 2.0 milestone was featured on the NBC11 and Telemundo newscasts, broadcasted on KCBS Radio, and covered in print by the Mercury News and East Bay Times.

If you’re interested in learning more about our Dream Campus 2.0 Capital Campaign, please contact our Development Director, Robert Freiri, at [email protected].
