Recently, Rise Up Industries had the opportunity to visit Solar Turbines and learn more about the work, people, and opportunities within their organization.

Visits like these are more than just a chance to connect—they’re an opportunity to build meaningful relationships, create pathways to opportunity, and strengthen collaboration between community organizations and industry leaders.

Thank you, Solar Turbines, for being part of the conversation. We look forward to continuing to build together. 💙

A huge thank you to our Silver Sponsors! ✨
We are incredibly grateful to the generous organizations supporting Rise Up Industries’ Annual Big Night Out on Saturday, September 12, 2026.
Your partnership helps us celebrate 10 years of reentry and, more importantly, supports formerly incarcerated individuals as they build meaningful careers, brighter futures, and new opportunities.
We couldn’t make this celebration—or the work we do every day—possible without our incredible community of supporters. Thank you for believing in second chances and investing in the power of reentry! 💙
We can’t wait to celebrate with you! 🎉

"Today, I’m healing. I’m rebuilding. I’m learning what integrity, accountability, and self-respect truly look like. My story isn’t one of perfection. It’s one of redemption."

Meet Chelsea. She has been a part of the Rise Up community since joining the Reentry Program in March 2026. We’re proud to have her as one of the first women in the program! She shares about shifting from a life of survival to one truly worth living. Chelsea is excited to continue her journey of healing, rebuilding, and defining her own future.

Yesterday, Rise Up Industries had the opportunity to have a mock interview session with the incredible team at GKN! 🙌

These mock interviews gave our participants a chance to practice their interview skills, build confidence, receive valuable feedback, and experience what it’s like to sit on the other side of the hiring table.

A huge thank you to GKN Aerospace for investing your time and expertise in our community and helping our participants take another step toward their career goals. We’re grateful for partnerships that create meaningful opportunities and help people Rise Up! 💙

“To accept the pain in life that naturally comes, God gives you grace to withstand the next thing so you can eventually become the person that falls asleep on a fishing ship during a storm.”
-Jonathan Yackley, Executive Director of Rise Up Industries

We were honored to be featured on the Dream Big Podcast, where Jonathan Yackley, Ernie Garcia, & Bob Goff from Love Does spoke about second chances, leadership, and decisions that help people rise into the lives they were created to live.
