Last week, Rise Up Industries was honored to welcome Bob Goff and Jody Luke for a tour of our Machine Shop Social Enterprise.
We were inspired to learn more about the incredible work of Love Does and their commitment to bringing hope, opportunity, and lasting change to vulnerable communities around the world. One story that especially resonated with us was their support of individuals incarcerated at San Quentin Rehabilitation Center through educational opportunities, including Deaf education programs.
As one participant shared, “Forevermore, my work in ASL interpreting will be embedded with the DNA of Love Does.” Stories like these remind us of the power of education, mentorship, and second chances to transform lives.
At Rise Up Industries, we know that breaking barriers and expanding horizons happen when organizations come together to invest in people and their potential. Thank you, Love Does, for the work you do to create pathways to purpose and possibility for individuals impacted by the justice system.
