I told you I wasn’t going to stay quiet about grown adults acting like children, and I meant it.
This woman chose to bash me, my rescue, and my kennel business because I had to make one of the hardest decisions a rescue owner can face: behavioral euthanasia.
I never mentioned names in my comment. If someone felt called out, that wasn’t because I named them. Sometimes the truth hits a little too close to home.
I am SICK of grown adults, some old enough to be my mother, acting like high school bullies. The drama, the gossip, the childish behavior! GROW UP.
I do what I do because I genuinely CARE about animals. Not because I want a title, recognition, or a pat on the back for volunteering and walking dogs. I put my time, money, energy, heart, and soul into this work.
I don’t have mommy and daddy’s money to fall back on. I work for what I have, and I fund so much of this rescue out of my own pocket. I do this because I care about the animals who need someone in their corner, even when the work is heartbreaking, exhausting, and financially draining.
People show their true colors eventually, and honestly, I’m glad I got to see them within eight months. I know exactly where I stand now, and I’ll move accordingly.
DO NOT bring your drama, your gossip, or your nonsense to my page. I have animals to care for, lives to improve, and a rescue to keep running. I don’t have the time or energy for grown adults who thrive on tearing other people down.
I have spent too long keeping quiet to avoid upsetting people. Those days are over. I will stand up for myself, my business, and the work I do for these animals.
You can disagree with my decisions. You can choose not to support me. But you will NOT disrespect me, my rescue, or my livelihood and expect me to sit back and take it.
You all have officially woken the bear. 🐻 And this bear is DONE staying quiet.
