📢 Auction Change Reminder for 4-H Members

4-H members may make changes to their auction entries until 9:00 p.m. on Wednesday evening (or 30 minutes after the conclusion of the Swine Show, whichever is later).

Members planning to sell a Dairy Beef animal may make auction changes up to 30 minutes after the Dairy Beef Show on Thursday.

⚠️ All auction changes must be made in person at the 4-H Office. No exceptions.

Please be sure to review your entries carefully and make any necessary updates before the deadline.

To help keep animal check-in running safely and smoothly, ALL animal drop-off traffic must:

✅ Enter from Fair Street
✅ Drive around the 4-H Building
✅ Exit onto Market Street

🚫 Do NOT exit by the racetrack 🚫

Please follow the designated traffic pattern to help reduce congestion and ensure everyone's safety.

The Ag. Hall of Fame dinner and award announcement is Monday, June 15th starting at 5:00 pm at the livestock arena. RSVP asap to the Extension office at 812-883-4601 - space is limited.
The shuttle starts running at 4:30 pm.
