These little cuties, Jake and Elwood, came to us with some noticeable mobility and leg issues. After a thorough evaluation by our vet, it was determined that their struggles were likely caused by severe nutritional deficiencies and a lack of proper exercise in their previous situation. What a difference a week makes! Thanks to a high-quality kitten diet and tons of room to romp around, they are making amazing progress and will be ready for adoption soon!

A compassionate commuter’s morning walk to work turned into a rescue mission when she spotted a tiny, newborn kitten left on a cold sidewalk. It turns out this sweet baby is a preemie. Without his finder’s quick actions, he wouldn’t have stood a chance. He is holding his own and doing well so far, but preemies are extraordinarily fragile, so we are monitoring him around the clock. Keep him in your thoughts!

The twisty leg babies, Hawk and Tripp ❤️

​We received an urgent plea about two tiny babies born with twisted back legs.
​What causes this? This condition is often known as "swimmer syndrome" or congenital tendon contracture. It can happen in utero if the kittens are cramped for space, or due to a minor genetic or nutritional hiccup during development.
​The great news? They’ve already seen our wonderful vet, who believes we can correct their legs without any invasive surgeries right now! With a specialized physical therapy routine and plenty of room to grow, we are incredibly hopeful they’ll be running around pain-free soon.

🐾 NEW ARRIVAL ALERT! 🐾

​Whew, what a week it has been! SNUGGLE has been bustling with some incredibly resilient new faces. Grab your tissues and get ready to fall in love, because we’ve had quite a few little fighters join our rescue family over the last few days and over the next few days, we'll be telling you about these new babies!

First up is Archie!
Archie was found in the absolute worst spot, right in the middle of a busy road, all by himself, yelling at the top of his lungs for his mom. With no mama cat in sight and traffic rushing by, there wasn't a second to lose. A kind Good Samaritan scooped him up just in time! They tried to care for the little guy but he's not ready for solid food yet and they had no knowledge or supplies for bottle feeding. As he grew hungrier and hungrier, they knew they had to find help and find it fast! Once in our care and with a bit of coaxing and convincing, he finally took to the bottle and had the full meal he had been yelling for. Today, Archie is settling in beautifully and has taken to the bottle like an absolute champ. He LOVES attention and will be sure to let you know that he needs some NOW! Meet Patrick Stewart & G6! ✈️🐾

Patrick Stewart was found all alone — abandoned, screaming, and desperately needing help. A kind Good Samaritan stepped in and cared for him, but knowing he still needed around-the-clock bottle feeding, they reached out to us for help. Patrick has now been with us for a few weeks and is doing wonderfully!

G6 (like the plane) has a similar story. She was found by herself and rescued by another kind stranger. She was initially brought to our friends at PAC, but since they did not have a bottle feeder available at the time, they reached out to us and we happily took her in. If you notice her little paw in the picture, she's a polydactyl, whoch means she has extra toes, making her even more special ❤️ G6 has been with us for about 2 weeks now, and that means it’s time for a friend!

G6 and Patrick Stewart have officially teamed up so neither one has to tackle kitten life solo — and they’ve quickly become the sweetest little duo. Both kittens are getting bigger by the day and keeping their foster mom busy with all their playful energy and cuddles.

G6 has started showing the early signs of a mild upper respiratory infection, but her foster mom caught it quickly and has already started her on medication. She’s being monitored closely and getting lots of extra care while she recovers. Patrick Stewart is feeling well so far, and foster mom is keeping a careful watch for any symptoms developing with him too.
For now, these two are sticking close together and enjoying having a buddy by their side. 💕

Meet Chicken Wing & Turkey Leg!

These two tiny kittens had an incredibly rough start to life. We were alerted by one of our rescue partners about kittens being sold by some teenagers. The people buying them did not know how to care for 1-week-old kittens, and tragically, the kittens were dying. There were originally 11 babies. By the time our rescue partner was able to track them down, only 2 remained. Without hesitation, she bought the last two kittens to ensure they made it to safety.

Once they were in her care, she contacted us and brought them straight over. Chicken Wing and Turkey Leg were not in great condition when they arrived. They were weak and hungry. One of our amazing fosters immediately stepped in, getting them warmed up, fed, and cared for around the clock.
And now… look at them. ❤️

These little fighters are doing well, have opened their eyes, and are growing stronger every day! They even got to go on their very first road trip recently!

We are endlessly grateful for the devoted fosters who take this responsibility so seriously — even when it means bringing a couple of tiny tag-alongs along for vacation!

Stephanie, DJ, and Gertie are almost ready to pack their tiny bags and head off to their forever homes!
These girls are the full package: sweet, playful, curious, cuddly, and absolutely adorable. Whether they’re chasing toys, wrestling with each other, or climbing into your lap for snuggles, they know how to steal hearts FAST!
They’ve been growing, thriving, and showing off their personalities more every day and now all they need are families to love them forever.

Momma Tillie and her babies are doing wonderfully! These little ones are getting bigger every day, full of energy, curiosity, and nonstop kitten antics. Jax, Jasper, Jazzy, and Josie are seriously as cute as can be, and they’ve been keeping everyone smiling with their playful personalities and snuggly moments.
The kittens will be ready for adoption very soon! Jax, Jasper, and Jazzy already have interested adopters lined up, but sweet Josie (calico baby) is still waiting to find her special someone. If you’ve been thinking about adding a furry friend to your family, Josie would love to meet you!

Remember our sweet Texas Rose? Well, she has officially kept us on our toes because it turns out “she” is actually a HE! 🩵

Kitten genders can be surprisingly tricky to determine when they’re tiny babies, and sometimes you don’t find out until they’re a little older. So our sweet Texas Rose is now our handsome little boy, and he’s growing more adorable every single day!
He will be ready for adoption in just a few weeks. For now his foster mom is enjoying every moment with him!
