Below is an email we have sent out to everyone we have contact information for Trivia Night.
We are also looking for some final round sponsors and any raffle baskets anyone would like to donate. Can not wait to see everyone!!!
Hello Everyone,
We are so excited that the week has finally come. It is time to test your trivia knowledge. We can not thank you enough for your support and joining us for all the fun Saturday night. Below is just a few things to remember for the event:
The event will once again be at the Fireman's Hall at 115 McMenamy Rd. St. Peters, Mo 63376111
- Doors open at 6pm
- Trivia will start promptly at 6:30pm
- We will have 50/50 and raffle tickets for sale
- The cost for raffle and 50/50 will be 5 for $5 or $20 for an arm length.
- Your table will have a chance to purchase mulligans for the event. That will be $20 per table.
- Food and snacks are welcome.
- The facility also will have a full kitchen available for a cost.
- There will be an open bar. Beer, wine and soda are included in the cost.
- Outside alcohol is not allowed in the facility. Please leave your alcohol at home. They are very strict when it comes to this!!
We will accept cash and Venmo at the event for 50/50, raffle, and mulligans.
Don't forget to dress up and decorate that table as we will be awarding a prize to the best dressed and best table!!! You have a lot to live up to from previous years.
