🎤✨ RETURNING JUDGE ANNOUNCEMENT! ✨🎤
We are thrilled to welcome back Lise Avery as a judge for Rutherford’s Got Talent: Season 2! 🎶
Lise Avery is an accomplished jazz vocalist who has performed throughout the New York metropolitan area and internationally, as well as at many Rutherford events, including First Nights, the Summer Concert Series, and Labor Day Festivals. She specializes in the timeless music of the Great American Songbook, bringing a deep appreciation for artistry, interpretation, and the stories behind the music.
Lise is fortunate to work with extraordinary musicians whose careers span generations of music history. The musicians she has had the privilege of working with have also performed with legendary artists including Frank Sinatra, Judy Garland, Mel Tormé, James Taylor, and many others.
Her professional experience extends beyond the stage as well. Lise is the host and producer of the internationally syndicated radio program Anything Goes!!® with Lise Avery. Her broadcasting career, she has had the privilege of interviewing legendary personalities including Don Rickles, Herb Alpert, Dick Cavett, and hundreds of others.
Lise’s voice has also been featured in commercials, documentaries, recorded books, medical instruction videos, and video news releases for clients ranging from PBS and IBM to Disney.
But perhaps what makes Lise especially wonderful for RGT is her genuine love of music and her connection to the Rutherford community. She understands that great performances aren’t simply about hitting the right notes — they’re about expression, individuality, storytelling, and making an audience feel something. ❤️🎤
We are so excited to have Lise Avery return to the judges’ table and share her wealth of musical experience, knowledge, and passion with the talented performers of Rutherford’s Got Talent: Season 2!
